Meet Your Facilitators

You’ll Be Held by Women Who Know What It’s Like to Be You.

Christy Cowgill, RN, CRNA, PMHNP, NC-BC, BCH, CI

Christy Cowgill is a trailblazer in holistic wellness whose work blends deep clinical expertise with heart-centered healing practices. Over a twenty-year career, she has navigated anesthesiology, psychiatry, and holistic coaching, gaining a profound understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges faced by patients and healthcare professionals alike.

From her earliest experiences supporting patients through surgery, childbirth, and chronic illness, Christy recognized the power of mind-body resilience and the transformative potential of presence, empathy, and hypnosis. She founded Enter Into Calm to create spaces where healthcare workers and individuals alike could connect with their inner resources, release stress, and cultivate clarity, courage, and compassion.

Christy’s work in leading renewal retreats for nurses, developing digital and in-person trainings, and guiding certification programs stems from a deep belief: true healing begins when the Heart and Mind are aligned. She teaches practical, evidence-informed strategies while holding a space of curiosity, witness, and safety, helping participants reclaim their power, trust themselves, and embrace their unique capacity to make a positive impact in their lives and the lives of others.

Whether through hypnotherapy, coaching, or experiential workshops, Christy facilitates journeys of deep reflection, personal growth, and resilience, always inviting participants to step fully into their potential and explore the rhythm of their own magnificent HeartBeat.

Leonie Wolff, Holistic RN, Integrative Nurse Coach, Oregon Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, Colorado Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator

Leonie Wolff has dedicated over three decades to creating spaces where people can explore the fullness of life with awareness, courage, and heart. Her early connection to rivers, forests, and the night sky inspired a lifelong engagement with Earth-based and feminine spirituality, grounding her work in the sacred rhythms of nature and community.

Beginning her career as a health educator preparing women and their families for childbirth, Leonie cultivated a passion for supporting people through transformative life experiences. A Registered Nurse since 1986, she continues to provide care, guidance, and mentorship in hospital birth centers while exploring the art and science of holistic nursing.

Her studies in holistic nursing, integrative health, meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness—including advanced certifications in Integrative Nurse Coaching and meditation instruction—inform her approach: heart-led, experiential, and deeply compassionate. Leonie has facilitated retreats worldwide, supported people living with cancer, guided professionals through burnout, and mentored new facilitators for decades.

Significant personal experiences, such as tending her beloved husband through end-of-life and supporting parents in profound vulnerability, have deeply shaped her wisdom and presence. Leonie brings this lived insight into every circle she leads, helping participants navigate grief, transition, and the challenges of life with grace, resilience, and self-compassion.

Recently, Leonie completed Oregon State licensure as a psilocybin facilitator and co-hosts nurse retreats focused on community, education, and psychedelic-assisted healing. She lives in Portland, Oregon, and Kaua’i, Hawai’i, where she tends her organic gardens and nurtures her sanctuary for all beings—human and non-human alike.

Leonie’s invitation is simple yet profound: “Take a walk with me… Let’s go exploring,” offering guidance, witness, and heart-led support on life’s most challenging and transformative journeys.
