What Is the HEART Intensive?

What HEART Stands For:

The HEART Intensive is more than a retreat. It’s a healing-centered, immersive experience designed specifically for nurses and healers who’ve carried too much, too long.

Whether you're navigating PTSD, compassion fatigue, burnout, or simply the call to come home to yourself—this experience offers you space to exhale, reconnect, and root deeply.

You’ll be held in a safe, compassionate environment for trauma recovery, emotional renewal, and nervous system support—surrounded by nature, ritual, and community.

A Glimpse Into Your Days at the HEART Intensive

No two days are exactly alike—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Each day of the HEART Intensive is thoughtfully designed to deepen your personal journey, offering space to renew, repair, and reconnect to what matters most: you.

Across the week, you’ll experience an intentional flow that starts with grounding and connection, then builds toward deep inner transformation. From quiet mornings to embodied afternoons, from somatic learning to soul exploration, you’ll be gently guided through the HEART pillars—Healing, Empowerment, Awareness, Resilience, and Transformation.

A note about flow

Each day will unfold organically and intentionally—no packed agenda, no pressure to “perform.” Whether you need deep rest, movement, reflection, or release, you’ll find space for it here. We balance structure with spaciousness, knowledge with embodiment, and guidance with self-trust.

By the end of the week, you won’t just feel better—you’ll feel more like yourself.
