Teaching Integration
Clinical Integration Across Nursing & Counseling Models
This training is led by Christy Cowgill, CRNA, PMHNP-C, RN, NC-BC, BCH — nurse anesthetist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, board-certified nurse coach, and board-certified clinical hypnotherapist with decades of experience in anesthesia, mental health, and transformational change work.
Christy brings a rare perspective that bridges:
- Medical and psychiatric models
- Nervous-system–informed care
- Hypnosis, NLP, and regression-based change work
- Ethical integration within clinical and coaching scopes
Parts of the training are co-taught with Cass Del Greco, Marriage & Family Therapist, Sacramento, CA.
Cass specializes in helping clients shift entrenched thought patterns and emotional blocks using evidence-informed, strengths-based approaches, bridging psychotherapy, hypnosis, and NLP to support meaningful, lasting change. Her clinical lens helps ensure these tools are taught in a way that aligns with counseling models and ethical mental health practice.
This collaboration allows you to see:

How the Training Works
Start at your pace when you enroll.
Immediately upon enrollment you receive access to:

You then complete four live training blocks (virtual, immersive) in the order that works best for you.
Block Structure
Blocks 1 & 2 → Hypnosis + Clinical Hypnotherapy
Blocks 3 & 4 → NLP foundations + TimeLine Therapy®
Exception Rule:
Blocks 1 and 2 must be taken sequentially.
Blocks 3 and 4 must be taken sequentially.
They may be taken in any order and spaced as far as needed.
This flexible pathway allows you to progress based on readiness, schedule, and learning style.

Accreditation & Certification Information
Enter Into Calm Clinical Certifications are independently owned and operated training programs.
Hypnosis Certification
The Hypnosis Certification pathway is designed to meet and exceed the educational standards of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH).
Upon successful completion of the program:
- Graduates will be awarded their certification through Enter Into Calm
- Twelve (12) months of NGH membership and member benefits are included
- No separate NGH application fee is required for the first year
Certification & Continuing Education
NLP & TimeLine Therapy® Certification
The NLP and TimeLine Therapy® training components are designed to meet or exceed the educational standards required by:
- American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP)
- TimeLine Therapy Association (TLTA)
Graduates who wish to pursue certification or membership through these organizations may apply directly with the respective board.
Certification and/or membership with ABNLP and TLTA is optional and may require additional application or membership fees.
Continuing Education (CE) Information
For Nurses:
This program will offer nursing contact hours (final number TBD) awarded through an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)-approved provider.
For Counselors & Therapists:
While Enter Into Calm does not directly issue counseling CE credits at this time, graduates commonly obtain CE hours by submitting training documentation to:
- Their state licensing board (many accept self-submitted continuing education)
- Approved CE brokers or continuing education sponsors that review and convert advanced clinical trainings into eligible CE hours
We recommend checking with your individual state licensing board regarding acceptance of advanced hypnosis, NLP, and trauma-responsive training for CE credit.

This is a comprehensive, multi-certification, professional-level training designed for nurses and licensed mental health professionals.
Because we are currently building a founding cohort, finalizing curriculum structure, and intentionally positioning this as a premium, clinician-only, institute-level training, tuition is not publicly listed at this time.
Founding cohort tuition and payment options will be shared with qualified applicants after completing the interest form.
