About Rooted HEART Resilience
The HEART Intensive (Healing • Empowerment • Awareness • Resilience • Transformation) is a healing-centered, trauma-informed immersion created to restore nervous system balance, emotional clarity, and embodied resilience. Through guided somatic practice, mindfulness, reflective circles, and peer support, participants reclaim strength, softness, and purpose.

- Program tuition: $3,900 (includes lodging, all meals, and snacks)

What the Scholarship Covers
✅ $1,000 applied toward the $3,900 program tuition
✅ 5 nights lodging, all meals, and 46 CE contact hours (included in full tuition)
✅ Pre- and post-intensive live Zoom integration/support sessions
✅ Daily trauma-informed healing sessions, somatic practices, and reflection circles
✅ Access to a private community for ongoing integration and peer support
Note: Transportation to and from the retreat site is the responsibility of each participant.
